Ace Indian batter Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma are all set to attend the much-anticipated FA Cup final that is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 3. The match is set to be played at Wembley Stadium in London between Manchester United and Manchester City.

The star couple have been invited by PUMA, as both Kohli and Anushka are brand ambassadors of the popular athleisure company. Furthermore, PUMA is also one of the sponsors of Manchester City.

Being one of the oldest clubs football tournaments in history, the clash between Manchester City and Manchester United could prove to be a thrilling encounter. Sharing a great rivalry for many decades now, it could be interesting to see which Manchester club would come out on top and win the prestigious title. 

Virat Kohli’s performances could prove to be key in the WTC final

Kohli is currently in London as the Indian team gears up for its preparations for the upcoming World Test Championship final against Australia that is scheduled to be held from June 7.

Kohli has been in sensational form as of late, and his performance could prove to be key for India when they take on Australia in the clash. The Indian players left for England in batches following the end of the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.

The players whose franchises were eliminated early from the tournament left early, Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans players arriving after the conclusion of the final. The entire Indian contingent has now gathered in London as they began their training for the much-awaited clash against the Pat Cummins-led Australia. 

It is also worth noting that this is team India’s second WTC final, after they lost the 2019-21 final against New Zealand. On the other hand, this will be Australia’s first WTC final, and the side would be keen on emerging victorious when both sides face each other at the Oval in London.
