Jaipur to host Real Kabaddi Season 3 with prize money increased to 21 lakhs

Kabaddi over the years have been among the sport that have grabbed a lot of fans following lately after the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) which have also attracted a lot of eyeballs right from its inaugural edition. The league have certainly made the sport, the second most followed sport in the Indian sports industry after the Indian Premier League which obviously tops the list.

Similar to PKL, Season 3 of the Real Kabaddi League is set to be played from September 22 to October 1 in Jaipur as there will be eight teams will be squaring off against each other. In addition to this, the organizers also announced that the cash prize for the tournament has been increased to Rs 21 Lakhs and there will be 31 matches which will be played in the tournament.

The league consists of eight teams that will compete against each other so that they win the prestigious title. The teams are taking part in the competition are Jaipur Jaguars, Chambal Pirates, Mewar Monks, Shekhawati Kings, Bikana Riders, Arawali Eagles, Jodhana Warriors as well as Singh Soorma. In addition to it, the Atlanture Sports Private Limited are the organizers of the League informed that the tournament will be a hit time around and would be an even bigger success when compared to the previous edition.

Commenting on season 3 of the exciting League, Shubham Choudhary who is also the CEO of Real Kabaddi said, “Season 3 is going to be bigger than its previous versions and we are very excited and anxious about the same. Real Kabaddi encourages the local regional Tier II and Tier III Kabaddi players and provides them a chance to perform. In the previous edition of the season which was also the second season, Shekhawati Kings emerged as champions, with the Chambal Pirates securing the second position, and the Jaipur Jaguars clinching third place.
