Early beginnings and rise through the ranks
Juyal’s cricketing journey began at a young age when he was selected for his school team in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, at the age of eight. His talent was quickly recognized, and by the time he was in class five, he was enrolled at the Abhimanyu Cricket Academy in Dehradun under the guidance of coach Ravindra Negi.
After two years in Dehradun, Juyal moved to Moradabad, where he would travel to Delhi to gain match experience at the LB Shastri Cricket Club under Sanjay Bharadwaj. His consistent performances in the Uttar Pradesh U-14 and U-16 teams paved the way for his selection in the Indian team for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he was part of the victorious squad that defeated Australia in the finals.

Aryan Juyal’s impressive domestic career
Juyal made his List A debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy, and his performances in the domestic circuit have been nothing short of remarkable. In the 2017 Vinoo Mankad Trophy, he topped the batting charts with 401 runs from five innings and was among the top five run-getters in the Vinoo Mankad inter-zonal trophy.
His consistent run-scoring earned him a place in the Challenger Trophy, where he continued to impress. Juyal made his T20 debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and was named in the Indian team for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh.
Juyal’s breakthrough performance in the UP T20 league
In the ongoing Uttar Pradesh T20 League, Juyal’s century for the Gorakhpur Lions has been the talk of the town. Batting at number three, he played a knock of 104 runs of 54 deliveries displaying a series of magnificent shots to help his team post a mammoth total of 218 runs in their allotted 20 overs.
