The third match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) featured a fiery clash between the Quetta Gladiators and the Multan Sultans on Wednesday, February 15 at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan. Multan Sultans dominated throughout the match as they registered a victory by nine wickets.
Quetta Gladiator’s batting line-up collapsed as none of the batters were able to perform up to expectations. Opener Jason Roy was the highest run-getter with 27 runs off 18 balls. Ihsanullah was the star for Sultans, as he picked up five wickets and gave away just 12 runs in his four overs.
Sultans chased the target quite comfortably, as the knock of Rilee Rossouw was integral for the team. The South African batter scored an unbeaten 78 off 42 balls. Mohammad Rizwan also scored an unbeaten 28 off 34 balls to guide the team to victory.

Rilee Rossouw: The33-year-old Rilee Rossouw was undoubtedly the star of the evening for Multan Sultans. The South African batter will most likely be the trump card for Sultans as they aim to continue their winning momentum forward.
Ihsanullah: The20-year-old Pakistan pacer Ihsanullah completed his five-wicket haul as Multan Sultans dominated Quetta Gladiators. He took the wickets of Jason Roy, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Umar Akmal, Iftikhar Ahmed, and Naseem Shah.

After their dominant victory against Quetta Gladiators, Multan Sultans will next face Peshawar Zalmi in the fifth match of the tournament. Whereas, Quetta Gladiators will take on Karachi Kings in the sixth match of the tournament.
