The 62nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 will witness a crucial clash between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). Both teams understand the significance of this game, as a defeat for either side would severely dent their chances of making it to the playoffs.

In anticipation of the upcoming crucial encounter, DC skipper Rishabh Pant was spotted indulging in bowling practice in the nets. Adding a touch of humour to the practice session, Pant amused the fans by imitating the bowling actions of the former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan.

In a newly released video posted by DC, Pant was spotted trying his hand at bowling at nets. He took on the role of a bowler, delivering medium-paced balls to batter Abhishek Porel. Before stepping up to bowl, Pant engaged in a conversation with pacer Rasikh Dar. Dar provided instructions on seam positioning, while Pant listened attentively, showing his eagerness to learn and execute.

Pant later shared a photo on Instagram, mimicking Pathan’s bowling action during the nets session, which garnered widespread attention. In the caption, Pant humorously questioned whether DC required his services as a genuine all-rounder. Pathan noticed the post on Instagram and responded in the comments section, playfully poking fun at the DC player by remarking that they were alike yet distinct.
