Punjab Kings (PBKS) delivered a dominant performance to register their second consecutive victory in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, crushing Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by eight wickets.

Led by skipper Shreyas Iyer, PBKS chased down the target of 172 in style, propelled by a brilliant innings from Prabhsimran Singh. With this win, Punjab climbed to the second spot in the IPL 2025 points table, while LSG slipped to sixth place. Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) maintained their lead at the top after securing back-to-back wins in their opening two matches.
