The second season of the Uttar Pradesh T20 League is set to be played at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow from August 25 to September 14. “All necessary arrangements have been made to ensure a spectacular launch of the UPT20 league. The event is set to captivate audiences with an exhilarating start, showcasing six franchise teams from within Uttar Pradesh: Kanpur Superstars, Meerut Mavericks, Noida Kings, Gorakhpur Lions, Lucknow Falcons, and Kashi Rudras,” a UPCA official was quoted as saying to TOI.
The UP T20 League boasts a strong lineup of established cricketers, including Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Piyush Chawla, Rinku Singh, Nitish Rana and Shivam Mavi. The league is committed to fostering young talent and offering a platform for players to develop their skills for higher levels of competition.
