The exciting edition of the Uttarakhand Premier League (UPL) is gearing up to captivate cricket enthusiasts as the Cricket Association of Uttarakhand (CAU) prepares to host the much-anticipated tournament. The UPL 2024 will run from September 15 to 22, and fans are eager to witness intense competition between some of the region’s top talent. With five teams ready to battle it out in T20 format, the excitement is palpable as Uttarakhand enters the world of franchise cricket.

Tournament Format and Venue

The UPL 2024 will feature a single round-robin format, where each of the five participating teams will face the others once during the league stage. A total of 10 league matches will be played, followed by an eliminator between the second and third-placed teams to determine the final competitor. The top-ranked team from the league stage will automatically advance to the final. All matches will take place at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun, providing a centralized venue for the tournament.
