Meanwhile, Shaheen Shah Afridi, the talented fast bowler from Pakistan was mobbed in the streets of Leeds. A viral video making rounds across social media platforms captures the fervent excitement of fans lining the streets of Leeds, eagerly snapping selfies with the cricket sensation.

In the footage, Shaheen, clad in a crisp white long-sleeved tee, is encircled by enthusiastic fans vying to seize a snapshot with him. Previously Shaheen was heckled by an Afghan fan, situation became so awful that the Pakistan pacer had to call security for help. This incident took place during Pakistan’s recent tour of Ireland.

Shaheen’s international career

Shaheen stands as a cornerstone of the Pakistani cricket team across all formats, showcasing his prowess as a phenomenal fast bowler. Making his debut in 2018, Shaheen has graced the international arena with his left-handed bowling prowess, accumulating an impressive tally of 305 wickets across 136 matches in various formats. His remarkable achievements include 20 four-wicket hauls and 7 instances of claiming 5 wickets in a match throughout his illustrious career.
