With Pawan Kumar and Robin under control thanks to Sahil Singh’s excellent defensive play, the score was 20–17 at halftime.

Ajinkya Pawar’s two baskets increased the Titans’ advantage to 32-28 with only three players left on the field. The Titans almost won 38–36 at halftime thanks to a spectacular tackle, but time ran out and the Thalaivas prevailed.

The home fans cheered after the Bengaluru Bulls defeated the Jaipur Pink Panthers 32-30 in the second game of the evening. The Bulls performed admirably throughout, especially in defence, where skipper Saurabh Nandal deserved a high five.
