The remarkable 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League is just a few weeks away. Ahead of the Unstoppable four-month-long Kabaddi action, the player went under hammer in the auction. Star Raider Pawan Sehrawat once again became the most valuable player in the history of the game during the two-day-long auction. Meanwhile, some players were retained by their former teams, while others went on to new endeavours. So in today’s article, we will discuss the top 3 players who have represented the most number of teams in PKL history.

Sandeep Narwal: 6 teams

Star all-rounder Sandeep Narwal has represented six teams in the history of the tournament. Sandeep started his Pro Kabaddi journey during the inaugural season, representing the Patna Pirates until Season 3. During which his all-round performance significantly contributed to Patna’s Season 3 championship victory

The Telugu Titans acquired him in Season 4, after which he transitioned to Puneri Paltan for the following two PKL editions. He subsequently played for U Mumba, Dabang Delhi K.C., and U.P. Yoddhas in successive PKL seasons. Throughout his PKL career, spanning 156 matches, Sandeep Narwal amassed 645 points.

Prashanth Kumar Rai: 6 teams

Star raider Prashanth Kumar Rai has also represented six teams in his PKL career. He started his PKL journey with the Telugu Titans in the league’s inaugural edition and continued representing them for the following two seasons. Moving ahead, he joined Dabang Delhi K.C. in Season 4, after which he transitioned to the Haryana Steelers for the subsequent season.

UP Yoddhas saw him as part of their roster in Season 6, but he returned to the Haryana Steelers for the seventh edition. Later, Prashanth was acquired by the Patna Pirates, leading the team in Season 8, and subsequently played for the Gujarat Giants in Season 9. Throughout his PKL career, he has achieved the impressive feat of amassing 500 raid points.

K. Prapanjan: 6 teams

K. Prapanjan, like Sandeep Narwal and Prashanth Kumar Rai, has been a part of six PKL teams. However, he started his career a season late compared to the previous two players. U Mumba selected him in Season 2, and he continued as a key player for them in Season 3. Later, he joined the Telugu Titans for the fourth Pro Kabaddi edition.

In Season 5, he represented the Tamil Thalaivas, followed by stints with the Gujarat Giants and Bengal Warriors in the subsequent two seasons. Season 8 marked his return to the Tamil Thalaivas, and he later played for the Haryana Steelers in Season 9. He remains a part of the franchise as an Elite Retained Player (ERP) for Season 10. Throughout his career, he has amassed 427 raid points in 103 Pro Kabaddi matches, showcasing his skill and experience in the league.
