In a dramatic turn of events, Pakistan has hit a record low in the latest ICC Men’s Test Rankings following a shocking 2-0 series defeat by Bangladesh on home soil. Sri Lanka and the West Indies, despite their recent series losses to England, have climbed the rankings due to Pakistan’s misfortune. Sri Lanka has risen from 7th to 6th place, with 1,501 points, while the Caribbean’s have moved up to 7th place, overtaking Pakistan, with 1,992 points.
