Team India’s head coach and legendary player, Rahul Dravid’s elder son Samit Dravid, has become part of Karnataka’s squad for the coveted Vinoo Mankad Trophy 2023. Notably, the squad consists of 15 members and they will take part in the U-19 tournament which is slated to take place between October 12 and October 20, in Hyderabad.

Interestingly enough, Dravid’s son will be turning 18 years old just on the eve of the marquee domestic event. The talented batter has already featured in the U-14 competitions in the past and it will be his first experience in the age group. Besides, The younger son, Anvay, also plays cricket and leads the Karnataka side at the U-14 level.
