Rumours of a rift between Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were dispelled when they were sighted together during the Pro Kabaddi League encounter in Mumbai. The pair was all smiles as they cheered on Abhishek’s kabaddi team, the Jaipur Pink Panthers, alongside Amitabh Bachchan as well as daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.

A video of the Bachchans wearing Jaipur Pink Panthers shirts was posted on Star Sports India’s official X (formerly Twitter) page. Amitabh, Aishwarya, as well as Aaradhya were seen fervently supporting the squad. When his side gained the lead, Abhishek also appeared happy.

The account posted about the family joining in for the Jaipur Pink Panthers’ encounter against home side U Mumba. The caption wrote, “@SrBachchan , @juniorbachchan & #AishwaryaRaiBachchan were all in attendance to watch the #JaipurPinkPanthers win their 1st game of the Mumbai leg! 🤩”

Aishwarya and Aaradhya were with Abhishek together, the tournament winners, back in 2022 as well, and this year Amitabh Bachchan had joined the chorus of supporters. 

The Bachchans were spotted together at Aaradhya’s yearly school ceremony prior to this. The family also got together for the launch of The Archies, the first movie starring Shweta Bachchan as well as Nikhil Nanda’s son Agastya Nanda. In support of Agastya, Jaya, Abhishek, Amitabh, Navya Naveli Nanda, Shweta, and Aaradhya Bachchan joined them as well for the screening.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married in the year 2007. This year marked their 17th anniversary of being together. In the year 2011 they gave birth to their daughter Aaradhya.

For the uninitiated, the Jaipur Pink Panthers are co-owned by Abhishek and Bunty Walia. The team started playing during the Pro Kabaddi League in 2014. The Kabaddi match was held at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai. Abhishek’s team faced up versus U Mumba. Jaipur Pink Panthers ended the game with 41 points, whereas Mumba U with 31.
