Justin Greaves showcased his athleticism and agility when he executed a spectacular catch to dismiss Will Sutherland. The catch came during the first innings of the match, adding excitement to an already intense encounter.

In the pivotal moment of the game, Romario Shepherd delivered a low full toss outside off stump. Sutherland seized the opportunity to score but ended up chipping the ball towards cover where Greaves was strategically positioned. With lightning-fast reflexes, Greaves dove to his left, clutching the ball mid-air to complete a remarkable catch. Sutherland, after contributing a valuable 18 runs, had to depart, courtesy of Greaves’ exceptional fielding effort.

Despite facing early setbacks with five wickets down for just 91 runs, Australia managed to post a competitive total on the scoreboard, thanks to a resilient batting performance, particularly from Sean Abbott. Abbott showcased his prowess with the bat, steering Australia to a respectable total amidst challenging circumstances. His innings of 69 runs off 63 balls, adorned with one boundary and four towering sixes, played a pivotal role in Australia’s recovery.

Supported by Shepherd and Alzarri Joseph, who also contributed with two wickets each, Motie spearheaded the West Indies’ bowling attack effectively.
