However, the ball dipped sharply, spun away ever so slightly, and beat the outside edge, clipping the off-stump. It was a classic off-spinner’s delivery, demonstrating Ashwin’s precision and mastery. Mominul was dismissed for 13 off 24 balls, including three boundaries. The dismissal left the Indian team elated, and Ashwin visibly enjoyed the moment, which added to the growing pressure on Bangladesh.
