The highly anticipated fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh T20 League (UP T20 League) 2026 is all set to begin on August 14, with Kashi Rudras taking on Meerut Mavericks in the opening match. The tournament will once again provide a platform for emerging cricketers from Uttar Pradesh to share the stage with established domestic and IPL stars. For the first time, the competition will be played across two cities. The opening phase will be held at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow before the action moves to Green Park in Kanpur for the latter stages and the final.
Six franchises will compete for the championship, with defending champions Kashi Rudras looking to retain their crown. Former India batter Suresh Raina will continue as the league’s brand ambassador, while players such as Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Rinku Singh and Sameer Rizvi are among the notable names expected to attract attention.

UP T20 League 2026: Venue
