England has won the series against the Netherlands 2-0 with the third match still to play. We don’t think anyone was really expecting the Netherlands to win the series or even a match once England had announced a full-strength squad. Yes, stranger things have happened in cricket, but those are rare instances that you cannot really bet on.

With the result considered a foregone conclusion, you are not going to find value by betting on the outcome. For this, you have to look at other betting markets in this match. Let us do that together!

Match prediction and cricket betting tips for the Netherlands vs. England 3rd ODI 2022. The match is going to be played at the VRA Cricket Ground, Amstelveen, on June 22, 2022.

The Netherlands put up a stronger fight in the second match as it scored 235 in a rain-reduced match. Scott Edwards top-scored with 78, and there were some good performances from Bas de Leede, Teja Nidamanuru, and Logan van Beek as well.

It is abundantly clear that the Netherlands is outmatched when it comes to batting firepower. The pressure to score runs on them is going to be immense, no matter if they bat first or chase. This is why we are not going to bet on any of the Netherlands’ batters. It just does not make sense.

The bowlers would have been happy to have picked up four wickets, including Eoin Morgan, for a second consecutive duck, but once again, it is clear that the Netherland bowlers have nothing much to challenge England’s batters with.

Maybe Aryan Dutt for the Top Bowler Netherlands betting market is something you can think about, but that is about it.

England has shown no mercy to the Netherlands in this series. It has played a strong lineup, avoided experimenting too much with the batting order, and just changed the bowlers around a little to give some people a chance.

We could maybe see some changes in this match, but looking at the manner in which Eoin Morgan has approached matches recently, that is not likely.

To find value in the different bets available, you have to look at the English players. We think betting on Phil Salt, Jason Roy, and Dawid Malan to score some runs in this match is a great option. All three of them are in great form and will have the best chance to get adequate time at the crease. Look for their individual Over/Under lines and bet on the ‘Over.’

The middle-order players, including Buttler, are all very strong, but there is no certainty that they will get the time needed to score runs in the middle.

The odds for England to hit more fours, more sixes, and have the batter with the most runs in the match are low, but you could bundle a couple of them together for a multiple bet with better odds.

The bowling attack for England could see some changes. However, if Adil Rashid plays, we think he is always a great pick to be the top bowler for England. He is used very aggressively by Morgan and tends to bowl at times where the batsmen have no option but to go after him.

That is something you could consider for sure.

Match: Netherlands vs. England, 3rd ODI, England tour of Netherlands, 2022.
Date and Time: Wednesday, June 22, 2022, 02:30 PM IST.
Venue: VRA Cricket Ground, Amstelveen.

The two games played at the venue have been quite good for the batters, and the bowlers have found it tough to restrict them. The same can be expected in the upcoming fixture, and the team winning the toss will be looking to bowl first with the rain factor coming into play.

Clear skies will greet both sides on Wednesday. Temperatures in Amstelveen on Friday are expected to range between 12 and 23 degrees Celsius.

Skipper Scott Edwards led from the front as he scored 78 in the second ODI to help them post 235 runs on the board. Aryan Dutt picked up two wickets with the ball but failed to defend the total, losing the game by six wickets.

Vikramjit Singh, Max O’Dowd, Teja Nidamanuru, Tom Cooper, Bas de Leede, Scott Edwards (c & wk), Logan van Beek, Tim Pringle, Shane Snater, Aryan Dutt, Vivian Kingma.

David Willey and Adil Rashid picked up two wickets each with the ball as they restricted the Dutch side to 235 in the second game of the series. The fifties from Jason Roy (73) and Philip Salt (77) and an unbeaten knock of 42 from Moeen Ali helped them chase down the total with ease.

Jason Roy, Philip Salt, Dawid Malan, Eoin Morgan (c), Jos Buttler (wk), Liam Livingstone, Moeen Ali, David Willey, Brydon Carse, Adil Rashid, Reece Topley.

Dawid Malan has played two good knocks in the series already and has been in a terrific form which will be good signs for England going into the T20 World Cup 2022 this year. The left-hander scored a scintillating century in the first ODI and followed it up with an unbeaten knock of 36 in the second game to get his side home. He will be looking to end the series with another good knock to make it a memorable visit.

Adil Rashid has been one of the best leg spinners going around but has picked up just two wickets in the series, which is quite ordinary by his standards. He can rip through a batting lineup quickly with his variations and will be looking to make a significant impact in the upcoming fixture.

The English side has outplayed the Netherlands in both games of the series so far. The hosts need to be at their absolute best to challenge Eoin Morgan’s men in the final game and avoid a whitewash.

England looks like a more settled unit, and we expect them to clean-sweep the series on Wednesday.

Prediction: England to win this encounter.
