Several all-rounders (Perry, Garder, Brown) ensure that Sydney Sixers do not have to worry about options while bowling. Sophie Ecclestone, one of the world’s best spinners, is a great addition to the team and makes the Sixers even more formidable.

They have an excellent lineup with some solid overseas batters but we don’t think they come close to the Sydney Sixers in strength. Laura Wilvaardt and Deandra Dottin are proven match-winners but they are not as consistent as the team would like them to be. 

Tahlia McGrath in the middle order is having a breakout year and she is the player that the Adelaide Strikers will bank on. 

Megan Schutt, Darcie Brown, Deandra Dottin, and Tahlia McGrath will all play an important role in the bowling lineup. Once again, this is a strong bowling unit with a lot of international experience. Whether it will be enough to keep the strong and in-form batting lineup of the Sixers in check is the real question.
