Manjeet Chhillar to part ways with Telugu Titans
For the 2023 Pro Kabaddi season, the Telugu Titans have selected Alex Pandian as their new assistant coach. Manjeet Chillar, a previous PKL champion, is replaced by Pandian as the Titans’ assistant coach in PKL 10.
As the Telugu Titans’ assistant coach in the Pro Kabaddi League last year, Manjeet made his coaching debut. At the PKL 9 Auction, he put up an excellent team, but the players fell short of the mark. Final results: The Titans ended 12th in the 12-team points standings with only two victories from 22 games.
The Titans rehired Srinivas Reddy earlier this month to take Venkatesh Goud’s place as head coach. Alex Pandian has been appointed as the Titans’ assistant coach.
