Durdanto Dhaka and Comilla Victorians are gearing up for the opening match of the Bangladesh Premier League 2024, scheduled to take place at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Friday, January 19.

The defending champions, Comilla Victorians, boast a formidable team, seemingly covering all bases. Key batters such as Litton Das, Johnson Charles, Imrul Kayes, and Towhid Hridoy are anticipated to provide a solid foundation. 

The powerhouse hitters, Khushdil Shah and Andre Russel, are set to finish the job. In terms of bowling talent, they have Mustafizur Rahman, Sunil Narine, and Tanvir Islam, eager to restrict the opposition to a below-par total in the BPL 2024 opener.

On the flip side, Durdanto Dhaka, formerly known as Dhaka Dominators, aim to overcome last year’s struggles and commence the new season on a positive note. The team boast a talented batting lineup, including Sabbir Hossain, Mohammad Naim, Saif Hassan, and Mosaddek Hossain.
