Manchester United will face Group toppers Bayern Munich in their last match-day from their group. 

The tough campaign for Manchester United continues in the UEFA Champions League 2033. Erik Ten Hag’s side settled with a painful draw against Galatasaray, after dominating the first half of the game. At one stage in the game, United were 2-0 up and saw themselves in the lead with a scoreline of 3-1 in favour of them. What followed was unbelievable. United just threw away the start they got and let Galatasaray make a comeback in the game.

United have scored 9 goals in the Group stage. Despite having a good attacking side, they have failed to claim a win away from home, which is strange. That’s how the Sports is, totally unpredictable. After leading 3-1 in the game at one point, Ten Hag’s side ended up with a 3-3 draw that nearly put an end to the chances of them qualifying for the Round of 16. The fans of the club have developed a total anguish over the gameplay, and rightfully so. 

The reason behind the lack of success of the team in the entire season, and the match against Galatasaray has been their poor defence. The forwards have done their job more than well. There have been goal-scorers for United in the season. Unfortunately, the defenders have let down the former champions. Even the wicketkeeper has not been that great in the season for them. Over aggressive approach has not been that great for them. 

Huge challenge for Manchester United in their last game

Manchester United have their last game in the match day against Bayern Munich, who are the table toppers in their group. Munich is one of the favourites to win the title with a compact team. The challenge for United is huge and they have to win at all costs to stay alive in the tournament. They have to win with a huge margin to ensure an improvement in goal difference to be in contention. 

Ten Hag’s aggressive approach has been exploited by their opponents, who have strategized their game accordingly. But with a nothing-to-lose attitude, United can be dangerous. They would be hoping for their summer recruit, Andre Onona, to come good. The midfielder was supposed to solve the problems of Manchester United but has not quite lived up to the expectations.
